If you are an existing customer with a valid guarantee you can now request an engineer online. This process is quick, simple and easy. Please fill out the form below and we’ll email you back with an appointment Important

• We will respond to your request usually within 24-48 hours via email.
• On the day of your appointment our engineer will call you when they are en-route to your address.
• Condensation on your windows does not require an engineers visit – please watch our Condensation Video.

Free & chargeable call-outs

• An engineer’s visit is free of charge where the product or installation is faulty.
• To help you – and where possible – CSJ will advise you via email of any fixes or checks that can be done beforehand.
• Where there is evidence of damage or misuse that is no fault of CSJ a charge will apply.
• Chargeable Example 1: You believe your window is leaking. We visit and find the leak is coming from a crack in your rough casting.
• Chargeable Example 2: Your door frame has been scratched by a parcel delivery. We visit to repair the scratch.
• Charges: The minimum fee is £120 for areas within a 40 mile radius of FK2 9PJ. Out with this area up the fee is £200.
